What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and short-lived browser or device identifiers. They can support security, retain a choice, or help measure how a site is used.

Technologies Used on This Site

Bulkargo currently uses the following services:

  • Cloudflare delivery and security. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or short-lived identifiers to deliver the site, detect abuse, and protect requests. The exact storage used can depend on whether a security challenge is issued.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile. Quote forms use Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes browser and device signals needed for that security check and may use cookies or similar storage. It does not read or transmit the entries in the quote form.
  • Cloudflare Zaraz and Google Analytics 4. Zaraz delivers our analytics measurement from Cloudflare’s edge. Google Analytics may use cookies or browser storage to distinguish sessions and measure page views and non-PII conversion events. Analytics events can include the page path, service category, CTA location, selected cargo category, and form outcome. They do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies, ports, cargo descriptions, messages, or other free-text form values.

Cookie names and lifetimes can vary with provider configuration, browser behavior, and whether a security challenge is required.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or social-media tracking pixels. Links to third-party services are ordinary outbound links. A third party may collect information under its own policy after you follow one of those links.

Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking analytics storage should not prevent you from reading the site or submitting a quote. Blocking Cloudflare or Turnstile storage, scripts, or network requests may prevent the security check from completing and therefore prevent form submission.
